4. Estimates and Pricing All service estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity and additional parts required. Any changes will be communicated to the client before proceeding.

5. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee If we are unable to resolve the specified issue, no labor fee will be charged. This guarantee does not cover parts or third-party software costs.

6. Payment Terms Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, and online payment.

7. Data and Privacy FilTechSupport respects your privacy and will take all necessary steps to protect your data. However, we are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. It is advised to back up all data prior to service.

8. Warranty All services are warranted for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor and any parts supplied by FilTechSupport. It does not cover any issues arising from user damage or third-party modifications.

9. Liability FilTechSupport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, loss of data or profits.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Yorkshire.

12. Amendments FilTechSupport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or direct communication.
